The tour is a short walkthrough that highlights each part of your dashboard, one step at a time. It runs by itself the first time an owner logs in — and you can re-run it whenever you like with the Take a tour button on your Dashboard.

What it covers#

About a dozen steps: your storefront link, adding inventory, how bookings arrive, the website builder, settings, and so on. As it advances it actually switches to each screen, so you are looking at your own real data — not pictures of someone else's. Use the next and back buttons to move, or skip out at any point. Nothing you do in the tour changes your account; it is a guided look around, not a setup wizard.

Why some steps are missing#

The tour only shows what your current view can see. In Simple mode, or on the Starter plan, several modules (Delivery, Quotes, Team and others) are hidden — so their steps are skipped. If you want the full picture, flip the toggle at the top of the left menu to Advanced and run it again.

When to re-run it#

• After upgrading to Pro — new tabs appear and the tour will now include them.
• When a new teammate joins — have them run it on their own login.
• If you have not logged in for a while and things have grown.
