How can we help?

Signing up: Google or email?

Both get you the same account — how to pick, and how to avoid the classic login mix-up.

Both work — Google is faster and safer, email gives you a password you control. You sign up at rennt.app/start either way and land in the same dashboard with the same free trial.

Signing up with Google#

Pick the Google option on the signup page and choose your Google account. There is no new password to remember, and password-guessing attacks simply do not apply — Google handles the login. If you already run your business from a Gmail address, this is the easy choice.

Signing up with email#

Type your email and choose a password. Rennt requires at least 8 characters including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and a special character (like ! or #). Store it in a password manager or somewhere safe on paper.

The one rule: stay consistent#

Whichever way you sign up, keep logging in that way. The most common lockout we see: someone signs up with Google, then weeks later types that same email into the password boxes — and there is no password on that account, so it fails. If email login refuses you, try the Google button with the same address before assuming the account is gone.

★
Teammates should not share your login. Invite them from the Team tab so everyone has their own.

If nothing works, the cant-log-in article covers resets, or email support@rennt.app.
