Collecting reviews and putting them on your storefront
Reviews come from real completed bookings. You approve which ones the public sees.
The Reviews tab (Pro) collects reviews from your real customers and lets you choose which ones appear on your storefront.
How reviews come in#
Review candidates come from completed bookings — real customers who actually rented from you. That keeps the reviews honest, which is exactly what makes them worth showing.
Approving and publishing#
Open the Reviews tab to see what has come in. Read each one, and for the reviews you want public, use Show on storefront. Nothing appears on your storefront without your say-so.
Why curate at all?#
A storefront with a handful of genuine, specific reviews ("tables arrived clean and on time for our quinceañera") converts far better than either zero reviews or a wall of five-star one-liners. Publish the specific ones.
Handling a bad review#
You control the storefront, so a harsh review does not have to appear there. But read it twice — a fair complaint is free consulting. Fix the issue, then ask the next few happy customers for a review.
