Buying AI credits and how they are spent
Each AI run costs 1 credit, failures are free, and you can top up anytime with Add credits.
AI credits pay for the AI features — drafting your website, Draft with AI on quotes, the storefront chat agent, and similar. A full website build costs 10 credits; edits, quote drafts and reply drafts cost 1 each. Failed runs are free.
How you get credits#
- Pro includes 60 credits per month (75 on the yearly plan).
- Starter yearly includes 36 bonus credits per year.
- You can buy more anytime with Add credits on the Plan & Billing tab.
Watching your balance#
The usage bar shows how many credits you have left, so you can see a low balance coming rather than discovering it mid-task.
What uses a credit#
A full website build is 10 credits. An edit, a quote draft, or a reply draft is 1 credit each. If the run errors out, you are not charged — failures are free, so retrying costs nothing extra.
What does NOT use credits#
Everything else. Bookings, inventory, storefront, reports, emails — the entire core product runs without credits. Credits are only for the AI extras, so an empty balance never blocks a booking.
