Credits power the AI features: the website builder, AI quote drafting, and AI reply drafting. How many a run costs depends on how much work it does — that is the whole point.

What each AI action costs#

• 10 credits — build a whole website from scratch. This is the big one: the AI writes and lays out your entire storefront from a couple of sentences, so it costs about ten times a small edit.
• 1 credit — edit your site with AI (change a headline, adjust a section, reword the copy).
• 1 credit — draft a quote from your catalog, or draft a reply to a customer.
• 0 credits — a run that fails, times out, or that you cancel. You are never charged for a result you did not get.

An edit costing the same as a full build never made sense, so it does not. A small change is a small charge.

What you get#

Every plan includes credits. Starter comes with a one-time grant of 15 free credits — enough to build your site (10) and make several edits; they do not refill each month. Pro includes 60 credits every month (75 on the yearly plan), and Max includes 1,500 every month. Yearly Starter adds 36 bonus credits per year. Top-up packs are pay-as-you-go and never expire.

If a run fails, you are not charged#

Worth stating plainly: credits are only taken on success. If the AI errors, times out, or you close the tab mid-build, nothing is deducted. Check your balance in the AI Credits tab — it should be untouched after any failure.

Seeing where they went#

The AI Credits tab shows your balance and a line for every credit spent — what it was used on and when. A "-10" is a full build; a "-1" is an edit or a draft. No mystery charges.

Running out#

Buy a top-up pack any time from AI Credits. Credits never expire, and there is no separate subscription — you buy them once if you want them, or never.

You do not need them to operate#

Everything except the AI features works without a single credit. You can build your whole site by hand in the builder, write your own quotes and replies, and never spend one.
