Switching between Starter and Pro

Switch anytime. Upgrades unlock instantly; downgrades lock Pro tabs but never delete data.

You can switch between Starter and Pro anytime from the Plan & Billing tab — upgrades take effect right away, and nothing is ever deleted when you downgrade.

What Pro adds#

Pro ($29/mo or $319/yr) unlocks Customers, Team, Dispatch, Check-in / out, Quotes, Reviews, Chat agent, and Custom domain, plus 60 AI credits per month.

Upgrading#

Open Plan & Billing and click Upgrade to Pro. The new tabs appear immediately. Billing adjusts from that point — you are not double-charged for the overlap.

Downgrading#

Switch back to Starter from the same tab. The Pro-only tabs lock, but your data stays put: customer records, team members, quotes, and reviews are all kept and reappear if you upgrade again. Your storefront, inventory, and bookings are core features and are never affected.

What never changes#

Every plan (Starter, Pro and Max) pays the same 1¢ per booking metered fee, takes 0% commission, and has no contract — you can switch or cancel whenever you like.
