How can we help?

Making your site look trustworthy

Real photos, visible prices, reviews and complete details — how renters decide you are legit.

Plan: All plansWho: Everyone

A renter deciding between two rental companies is really asking one question: will these people actually show up with clean equipment? Everything on this list answers it before they call.

Real photos beat everything#

Stock photos read as "we have something to hide". Your actual bounce house in an actual yard — even shot on a phone — says the gear exists, is clean, and gets rented. One real photo per headline item is the single biggest trust upgrade available to you.

Show prices#

Hidden prices read as expensive, and as friction. A visible price says you are established and fair. Reserve the blank-price "Quote" treatment for genuinely custom work — see the pricing article.

Complete the small print#

  • Business name, phone and service area on the site — a real company is reachable.
  • A rental agreement customers sign at booking (set it up in the Rental agreement tab). It signals a professional operation — and protects you.
  • Your logo and consistent colors in Settings. Not because pretty; because consistent.

Borrow proof#

Reviews are trust you did not have to claim for yourself. Collect Google reviews relentlessly; on Pro, the Reviews tab helps gather reviews and show them on your storefront.

The stranger test#

Open View storefront and read your site as a stranger: would you hand this company $400 and your kid's birthday? Anything that makes you hesitate — fuzzy photo, missing price, empty about section — is the next thing to fix.
