Quotes customers can open online
Build a photo-rich proposal and send it as a link — no login, no PDF, no app for them.
For bigger jobs — weddings, corporate events, quinceañeras — a quote is a photo-rich proposal you build once and send as a link the customer opens in their browser. It looks professional, shows real items with real photos, and beats a numbers-only text message every time.
Building one#
Open the Quotes tab (Pro, Advanced mode) and click Create a quote. Add the customer, the event date, and line items from your inventory — each carries its photo and price. Adjust quantities and pricing for the job, then Save quote. Short on words? Draft with AI can write the proposal text from the items you picked.
Sending it#
Copy the quote's share link and send it wherever the conversation is already happening — text, email, WhatsApp. The customer opens a clean page: your branding, the items, photos, the total. No login, no account, no app on their end.
Why links beat PDFs#
- You can revise after sending; the link always shows the current version — no "v3_FINAL_final.pdf".
- It is effortless on a phone, where your customer actually is.
- It reads like a storefront, not paperwork, which quietly sells the job.
Working the pipeline#
The tab lists your open quotes so follow-ups do not slip. When a customer says yes, turn the job into a real booking so the dates lock in your calendar — that is what actually reserves the gear; a quote alone holds nothing.
