The AI website builder gave me an error — what now?
Try again. If it fails twice, you were not charged and we want to know.
This should be rare — the builder is expected to work over 99% of the time — and a failure never costs you a credit.
Try again first#
Most failures are a hiccup, not a pattern. Click generate again. If it worked the second time, that was the whole problem.
Your credit was not taken#
Worth being clear: credits are only charged on success. A failed run, a timeout, or you closing the tab mid-build costs you nothing. Check your balance in AI Credits — it should be untouched.
If it fails again#
- Shorten your description. A paragraph works better than an essay. "Bounce house and tent rentals in Riverside, family-run, we deliver and set up" is plenty.
- Plain characters. Emoji and unusual symbols in your business description can trip it up.
- Check your connection. A build takes 45–100 seconds. Dropping off wi-fi mid-build looks like a failure.
You are never blocked by this#
This is the important part: your storefront is already live and taking bookings whether or not the AI builder ever runs. The builder makes a nicer custom page. It is not the thing that sells.
You can also build the page by hand in the builder — no AI, no credits — or just add your logo and colors in Settings and use the default storefront, which converts perfectly well.
