I changed something but my website still shows the old version
Publish, then hard-refresh.

Two causes, and it is nearly always the second one.
1. Did you Publish?#
Website builder edits are drafts until you click Publish. This is on purpose so you can rework your site without customers watching you do it.
2. Your browser is showing you an old copy#
Hard-refresh the page:
- Windows — Ctrl+Shift+R
- Mac — Cmd+Shift+R
Or just open your storefront in a private/incognito window. That always shows exactly what a real customer sees, with no cache and no login.

Do not judge your live site from the tab you have had open all afternoon. It is the least reliable view of your own website you own.
If it is a product that is not appearing#
That is a different problem with its own answer — check that the product is Active, priced, and has Qty of at least 1. See "A product is not showing on my storefront".
Still stale after all that?#
On phones, close the tab entirely and reopen it. Mobile Safari in particular will hold a cached page far longer than you would expect.
