Nothing was deleted, and nothing is broken. There are four reasons, in order of likelihood.

1. You are in Simple mode#

Look at the very top of the left menu for the Simple / Advanced toggle.

Simple mode deliberately hides 13 of the advanced tools so a new owner is not staring at 19 tabs on day one. Click Advanced and everything comes back instantly. Your data is never touched either way — it is just a view.

2. It is a Pro feature#

Team, Dispatch, Check-in/out, Customers, Quotes, Reviews, the Chat agent and Custom domain need Pro. Check Plan & Billing to see what is included where.

3. You turned it off yourself#

Settings → Features lets you hide modules you do not use. If you switched something off weeks ago and forgot, that is where it is.

4. You are signed in as Staff or a Driver#

Roles intentionally limit what people see. A Driver sees the day's route, not your revenue. Staff cannot see billing, settings or the team list. Only an Admin sees everything.
