How can we help?

My site is live but nobody is booking — why?

Almost always: nobody knows the link exists yet.

A live storefront with nobody booking is almost always one of these — in this order.

1. Nobody knows it exists#

This is the answer about 80% of the time, and it is not a technical problem.

A new site gets zero traffic by default. Google takes weeks to months. You have to send the first people yourself: Instagram bio, Facebook button, Google Business Profile, and replying to every price question with your link instead of a number.

2. Nothing is bookable#

Open your storefront in a private window. Do you see products?

If not, you have no Active product. Samples and library imports start switched off on purpose. Inventory → set a price and Qty → flip the green toggle on.

3. It is broken and you have not noticed#

Book your own gear, in a private window, as a customer. All the way through. Most owners have literally never done this.

If it works, it works. If it does not, you just found your problem — and it was costing you every visitor.

4. No photos#

A catalog of grey placeholder boxes does not convert. A phone photo of your actual gear, taken in your yard, beats a stock image every time. Upload photo on each product row.

5. No prices#

People will not ask. They will leave and check the next company. If your pricing genuinely varies, put a starting price up anyway.

★
Do this test honestly: open your storefront on your phone and pretend you are a stranger who needs chairs for Saturday. Whatever makes you hesitate for even a second is what is costing you the booking.
