The dashboard feels slow
Usually connection or an overloaded browser. Hard refresh, close spare tabs, check your wifi.
Plan: All plansWho: Everyone
A slow dashboard is nearly always local — connection, an overloaded browser, or a stale tab — and a hard refresh fixes most of it.
The 60-second fix list#
- Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+R (Mac). This clears the stale copy your browser may be limping along on.
- Close the pile of other tabs. Browsers share memory across tabs; forty open tabs slow every one of them.
- Check your connection — notice whether other sites are crawling too. Warehouse wifi at the edge of range is a classic.
- Restart the browser entirely if it has been open for days.
Narrowing it down#
- Slow everywhere, on every site? Connection or device.
- Only slow in one heavy view (say a huge Bookings list)? Filter to a shorter date range instead of loading the whole year.
- Fine on your phone but slow on the office PC? The PC's browser is the suspect — clear its cache.
If it is genuinely on our end#
Rare, but it happens. If Rennt is slow on multiple devices and networks at the same time, email support@rennt.app with the time it happened and what you were doing — that detail makes it findable.

Bookmark your dashboard and open it fresh each morning rather than resurrecting week-old tabs.
