A tour of the booking detail screen

Everything on the booking drawer: the facts, the action buttons, the print tools, the charges, and the Payments ledger.

Click any booking in Bookings and the detail drawer slides out. Everything you need to run that order lives here — no other screen required.

Top: the facts#

The header is the customer's name. Below it, the facts the customer gave you: status badge, event date, event type and guest count (when provided), contact details, fulfillment method, and the address — which is a live link that opens in your maps app, handy on delivery day. Access notes and customer notes appear here too, along with the deposit and damage waiver amounts if you charge them, and a "Requested" line showing when the order arrived.

The action buttons#

The buttons you see depend on the current status: a request shows Confirm and "Decline"; a confirmed booking shows "Mark paid", "Mark fulfilled" and "Cancel"; and so on through "Mark returned". Only Confirm reserves stock and emails the customer — everything before that is just a request.

The tool row#

  • Print pull sheet — the pack list for your crew.
  • Print agreement — the signed rental agreement (appears once the customer has signed).
  • "Share as proposal" / "Copy proposal link" — turn the order into a photo-rich page the customer can view and accept online.
  • "Draft reply (AI)" — writes a reply email to the customer for you to edit and send.

Money: charges and the Payments ledger#

Add charge bills extras — damage, late fees, fuel. Below it, the Payments ledger shows total due, what has been paid, and the balance, and lets you record deposits, payments and refunds by cash, card, check or other. Stripe card payments record themselves here automatically.

If you use multiple warehouses, the "Fulfillment location" dropdown on this screen assigns the booking to one.
