Draft with AI: a first-pass quote in one sentence
Describe the event in plain words and the AI assembles a draft from your actual catalog. You edit, then send.
Inside a quote, the Draft with AI button turns a one-sentence description into a first draft: tell it "150-guest backyard wedding in June, ceremony and reception, they want a tent, tables, chairs and a dance floor" and it picks matching items *from your own inventory*, with quantities sized to the event.
How to get good drafts#
- Give it the numbers. Guest count is the single most useful fact — it drives table, chair and linen quantities.
- Name the occasion. "Corporate picnic" and "quinceañera" pull different products.
- Mention constraints. "Indoors", "no power on site", "tight budget" all steer the selection.
What to do with the draft#
Treat it as a competent first pass, not a finished pitch. Check three things before sending: quantities (does the tent size match the guest count?), items it could not know about (your one-off custom pieces), and price — the AI uses your list prices, so apply any package discount yourself. Then Save quote and send it as a proposal.
Credits and limits#
Each draft spends AI credits — the same balance that powers your website builder, shown under AI Credits. A draft costs little; the habit of quoting every serious inquiry the same hour is what it buys you. If the button reports it could not reach the AI, check your credit balance first, then just build the quote by hand — nothing about a quote requires the AI.
