Export CSV: getting bookings into QuickBooks or a spreadsheet
One click downloads every booking with dates, amounts, tax and signer — ready for your bookkeeper.
Press Export CSV in the toolbar at the top of the Bookings tab. Rennt downloads a spreadsheet-ready file of your bookings that opens in Excel or Google Sheets and imports cleanly into QuickBooks.
What is in the file#
One row per booking, with these columns: ID, Created, Event date, Status, Customer, Email, Phone, Fulfillment, Address, City, State, ZIP, Items subtotal, Delivery fee, Setup fee, Tax, Security deposit, Estimated total, Extra charges, Signed by, Signed at.
That covers the three jobs owners actually export for:
- Bookkeeping — subtotal, fees, tax and total per order, with the created and event dates to book revenue in the right period.
- Tax time — the Tax column summed is what you owe your state; your bookkeeper will also find the Sales tax figure in Reports.
- Disputes and insurance — Signed by and Signed at prove who agreed to your terms and when.
Tips that save headaches#
- Cancelled bookings are included (with their status), so filter the Status column before summing revenue.
- Amounts are plain numbers without currency symbols — exactly what QuickBooks and formulas want.
- The same export also lives under Inventory, in the "Import & export" section at the bottom, as Export bookings — alongside Export customers and Export products if you want all three at once.
