The Delivery tab is your run sheet
One screen with everything going out: today's runs by event date, each with the address, the items, and the customer's notes.
The Delivery tab is the operational view of your bookings: every confirmed order that needs to move, listed by event date, each with the address, the items to load, and the notes your crew needs. Check it each morning the way a courier checks a manifest.
Reading the run sheet#
Each entry is one booking's delivery: who, where, and what. The address is a live link — tap it and it opens in your phone's maps app with navigation ready, which is why the run sheet works best on the phone in the truck. Access notes ("gate code 4412", "setup in back") ride along with each stop.
The morning routine#
- Open Delivery, look at today: how many runs, how far apart, anything unusual in the notes.
- For each booking, Print pull sheet from the booking detail — the loader checks items onto the truck against it.
- Glance at tomorrow before you leave. The run you discover at 7 a.m. is the one that ruins the day.
Where Dispatch takes over#
Delivery shows *what* must move; Dispatch (a Pro feature) handles *how*: it puts the day's stops into an efficient route, gives each driver a stop-by-stop phone view with navigation and one-tap calling, and captures proof of delivery. One truck and a handful of weekly runs? The Delivery tab alone is plenty. Two crews and eight Saturday stops? See "The Dispatch board, step by step".
Pickups are runs too#
Rentals come back. The return trips live here with the same addresses and notes — and un-collected gear is inventory you cannot rent, so treat Monday pickups with Saturday-delivery seriousness.
