Set your base address once, pick how you charge, and Rennt prices delivery at checkout automatically.

Step 1: your base address#

Settings → Address. This is where your gear lives. Rennt measures from here to the customer's address to work out distance.

Step 2: how you charge#

Three models — pick the one that matches how you actually work:

  • Flat fee — same price anywhere you go. Simplest, and fine if your area is small.
  • Per mile — a rate per mile from your base. Fair over a big service area.
  • Free within a radius — free inside X miles, a fee beyond it (or you refuse the job). Good for pulling in local business.

Step 3: setup fees (optional)#

Any product can carry a Setup / unit fee. It only applies when the customer picks delivery and setup — so a 20-person chair order can carry a setup charge that a will-call order does not.

i
Customers who choose will-call (pickup from you) are never charged delivery. That happens automatically.

On event day#

The Delivery tab is your run sheet: every booking set for delivery, by date, with the address, contact and items to load. Tap any address to open Google Maps.

On Pro, Dispatch goes further — order the stops, hand a driver a phone view with one-tap navigation, and capture proof of delivery.

★
Do not guess your delivery pricing. Work out what an hour of your time plus fuel actually costs, then price it. Free delivery you resent doing is how owners burn out.
