Every person who books gets a customer record automatically — contact details, full booking history, lifetime spend. There is no import step and no data entry.

Customers is a Pro feature and lives in Advanced mode. If you cannot see it, that is why.
What is in a customer record#
- Everything they have ever rented, and what they spent.
- Notes — "wants early delivery", "gate code 4432", "repeat school client". Stop relying on memory.
- Tags — group them however you think (school, corporate, repeat, problem).
- Communications — log a call, or send an email straight from their record. It stays on their history.
- Documents — upload a COI, a signed contract, whatever the job needed.
Why it is worth ten minutes#
The cheapest booking you will ever get is from someone who already rented from you. Tag your repeat customers, and when your slow month comes you have a list to text instead of a guess.
Exporting them#
Export customers gives you a CSV. It is your list — take it wherever you want, any time.
