Print pull sheet: the pack list for your crew
One page that tells your crew exactly what to load, where it goes, and what to watch for. Here is what is on it and when to print it.
Open any booking from Bookings and press Print pull sheet in the tool row. Rennt builds a clean one-page "Pull / Pack Sheet" and opens your browser's print dialog — print it, or save it as a PDF from the same dialog.
What is on it#
- A header with the booking's short ID and current status, so a sheet can always be matched back to its order.
- An Event table: date, event type, guest count, fulfillment method, and the full address including the venue name.
- The access notes and customer notes — gate codes, "setup in backyard", "call on arrival". This is why it pays to write notes for your crew.
- The item list with quantities: every product on the order and how many to load.
How rental companies actually use it#
Print it the night before. The loader checks off each line as it goes on the truck; the driver uses the address and notes on site; and if anything is missing at load-out you find out in your warehouse, not in a customer's driveway. On multi-stop days, print one sheet per booking and stack them in stop order — or run Dispatch and let it order the route for you.
If the sheet looks wrong#
The sheet always prints the booking as it currently stands. Wrong items or quantities mean the booking itself needs fixing first — see "Editing a booking after it is made". A blank notes section just means nobody wrote any notes; there is still time before the truck leaves.
